H1B Petition filled on 14th May,2012 for WAC but still in Initial Review?

Hi All, My H1B Petition has been filled on 14th May,2012 on the behalf of my employer but still status is Initial Review.Can someone tell me at what time I can expect update.

I have observed that now they are processing the applications from May 1st week, so it may take another 2 weeks max before you hear any status.

Thanks Ram for response.But many of my friends whom petition also filled on 14th May or earlier got update.So I just want to know maximum how much time it can take.
