my wife petition was filed by her employer June 23 . 2022. We are not in US. This is Normal processing. I read online , One can start employment once employer will file petition. What is it meaning. ?
If it is fresh H1B petition (Cap), won’t be eligible to work without approval. That too, eligibility will be effective on after 1-Oct-2022 based on the approval.
If its H1B transfer, can start working.
