H1B Petition expired before stamping. advise needed in next steps

Hi,

I had valid H1B approved petition in 2020 and I couldn’t get it stamped due to travel restrictions. Meantime petition got expired.

Now I requested my employer to file cap exempt but we’re delaying it.

Please advise best possible ways to travel US in this case.

What do you mean? Like travel on any other alternate visa?
