Hi Saurabh,

can i transfer /edit my application after lottery
FYI: My application is still under initial review.
so the question is : can i transfer / edit my application to a new employer who is much more better and hence lower chances of RFE ?

No. Not Until it gets Approved.

Once Approved U can file Cap-Exempt Petition from another Employer.

Transfer is only Possible after stamping, followed by your entry in US

  • I am in US and
  • I am looking to amend petition to new employer before decision ( is there any provision in USCIS H1b rules for that)
