Hello , I have h1b petition approved on 14th Feb 2012 but I never got it stamped. I know that I can apply under cap exempt category since petition is valid for 6 years .Now 5.5 years have already been passed without stamping , so I would like to know duration of visa that may be issued to me If I go to apply it under cap exempt. I have never been to US.
