H1b petition approved in 2012.i left employer and it was revoked.never travelled.Can I reuse the petition and will anyone sponsor me.if yes then how long can I expect the petition to be approved best case.
Another employer can still file a cap-exempt petition for you using the previously approved petition. The petition will be processed and approved for a term of 1-3 years depending upon what employer requests and what USCIS seems appropriate based upon submitted docs and information.
