Hello Team,
I am in India. I have H1B Approved petition and Visa with another employer. Just before moving to that company, My current employer is insisting to stay back in current company and saying that he will get approved H1B petition within 2 weeks then I can travle to USA with approved petition of current company and Visa with another company as I have stamping with another employer. Please let me know if it is possible to travel with approved petition and Visa with different companies
