Hi

I carry approved H1 B petition copy,but never worked on H1 B.So,my current employer revoked it.

  1. Am I still eligible for H1 B cap extempt ?

  2. Any vailidity date for this or can be used till 6 yrs?

  3. Any problem if current/new employer go for new H1B filing?

you can use the same petition to transfer to new employer ( cap exempt transfer) till 6 years form approval date
