H1B Paystubs - Pay varying from one pay cycle to next

I am working for same employer here in US from last 2 years and pay varies from one pay cycle to another depending on number of working days/hours in that pay cycle. Will this be a concern when I go for my H1B stamping?

It should be ok as long as you get the amount mentioned in the LCA at the end of the year. Carry your W-2 to show what you got paid annually and that it is at least equal to the amount mentioned in the LCA.
