Hi, If we enter in US on H1B first time with consultancy . From Which day they will start payroll ? I am confuse becaue without SSN how it works ?
Therr is a way to handle the situation where employee has applied for SSN but do not have it when your employer runs the payroll. This will be handled by your employer, you dont need to worry.
