Hi,
I have an approved H1B with a start date of Oct 1 2012. I am currently on an L1B.
If I give my resignation on th 14th of Sep 2012 with a 2 week notice, the last working day would be 28th of September.
Before I start on Oct 1st with my new company, would I be out of status on 29th and 30th of september (weekend)? I have my I94 from my L1 visa till Nov 2014.
Please advise
