Saurabh, I raised a non premium H1B and it is currently in RFE status. I understand the standard SLA for responding to RFE is 60 days. Can you please let me know will it help if I upgrade to premium now? Will USCIS be bound to reply back in 15 days for my RFE response? Please clarify.
