After 240 days of I-94 expiry we are not supposed to work in US, its been 211 days now since my I-94 expiry and my h1b extension is in process since 9 months and 14 days without any status
My I-94 was given based on my old passport, later I got my passport Renewed
Now is there a way to get my I-94 corrected ., If yes how do we get it updated .
In case I get my I-94 updated, will the 240 days from I-94 expiry be counted from the new I-94 expiry date
how many more days would it take for a non premium extension to be approved .
