Hi, My organization is in a process of filing my H1B under non cap. For that my supervisor needs to update the manager letter. I need need help in creating the organizational chart. Is there any specific format for the chart. Can someone share a sample of what it should look like (for companies like (TCS Infosys CTS) please?

And would it be good idea to add it in the manager letter?

There is no specific format as such. Use a standard template that you get in PowerPoint that shows organization structure. Adding it or not is all dependent on how the petition is going to be filed and the position as well. So, check with your attorney and then only submit, if needed.
