I dont know how many people will look at my post but i want to share my experience
My employer applied for h1b in 2017 and it got denied, denial reasons specialty occupation and EE relationship. Previously i did not provided client letter as my client not willing to provide it. After denial i explained situation to my client manager and got client letter and reopened case.
Reopened case with client letter and many additional documents and after long wait on june 4th 2018 my mtr case status has been updated as case was approved and we will send approval notice but on july 13th 2018 i got denial notice from my employer’s attorney.
I just want to say that please please please dont depend or trust uscis processes. Depending on these processes is not worth dont loose your loved ones and family members be ready to face worst situation
