Is anyone waiting for Motion to reconsider/Reopen approval after H1 denial. My H1 petition was denied in the month of Jan 2021 and my lawyer applied for MTR in Feb 2021.
Reason for H1 denial: Failure to respond to RFE.
We have responded to RFE, in fact even USCIS updated that they received the response to the RFE requested.
I would really appreciate if there are any responses from people who faced a similar situation with MTR, which will help me to ball park on the approval process timeline.
