Hello,
I am planning to file H1B visa through consultancy this year. I am now in H4 visa in USA. I have a query if I can travel back to India(during June/July) for few weeks after the lottery is picked up in May and again return to USA. Is it going to affect the H1 visa?
Please help with the details. My decision to apply H1 this year depends a lot on this India travel for short period.
