H1B Lottery Rejection - What Options Now?

Hi,

On Friday I got rejection notice from my attorney saying that my petition was not selected in lottery. Now, what are the options I have?

The company who filed my petition is USA based multination company. They have also opened office in Bangalore, India in the month of March 2014. I have joined them in India now (June 2014). My questions are:

  1. Can they still apply for H1B next year while I am working here in India in the same company.

  2. Can I apply for L1? When?

  3. Which one is better?
