H1B Job change while EAD (new) is still pending

Hi My spouse’s approved I40 date is over 7 months now, and my EAD based on it is still pending. My spouse now wants to change Job, does it affect my EAD process?

No it does not, however USCIS may send you a RFE to submit the copy of new I797 of primary H1B.
