your petition is approved. If you are outside US , You need to go for a visa stamping.

My cap exempt petition is approved with the same petitioner ( after i quit & re joined ) and my first stamping is active until sept 2014 do i need to go for statmping still?

I don’t think you need to re-appear for stamping unless your employer has withdrawn your petition when you quit .
