H1B - Is it a good decision to apply for premium processing after waiting for 100 days

Hi,

I have submitted my RFE documents for H1B 2021 and it’s been like 100 days since the RFE response is received, but still no update about my case. I’m thinking of going for premium processing. Any suggestions please is it good to go or can wait a couple of days.

Thanks,
Ravi.

You are the best person to decide your priorities. Would you wait few more months for the approval if someone on this forum, who you dont know, tells you to not opt for premium processing

If I were you I wouldn’t have waited for so long before deciding on doing PP.

One more question please:

I also noticed that:
Beneficiary Country of Citizenship: INDIA
Classification sought: H1B
Starting Validity Date: 03/08/2022
Ending Validity Date: 09/30/2024
Consulate notified (if applicable): HYDERABAD – what does it indicate??

If your H1B I-797 doesn’t have I-94 attached then you will need to go for visa stamping to change to H1B status. You should be able to verify this once you receive the approval notice.
