I have valid Indian passport and I got H1B visa stamped on 2014@ Haiti but i have never traveled to USA with H1B visa. Visa valid upto Sep 2017.
I lost my passport and all documents during my stay in india on early 2015 and i got my new passport on 2016.
Now, the visa is going to expired next month Mid of Sep 2017.
Now, What are all my options?
Can i transfer my H1B with a new company? Or File a new petition by the same company?
If a new petition can be filed by my company , if so, will it come under the cap exempt?
