H1B initiated for a single location in USA. Can I change the work location?

My H1B has been initiated for a single location in US. In case I get thru the cap this time, can I also work at a different location and/or Client?

I understand a new LCA would be required in that case. However, would only that suffice?

New LCA and client letters should suffice. However I don’t think you can have multiple jobs at same time (even with 2 LCAs)
