I work for an MNC in India. They have processed my H1B for 2013 quota (no lottery at that time). Since then it is in 'Initial Review' state saying that ''On August 27, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent."
My company has least bothered about it and nothing has been taken care inspite of innumerbale followups from me.
Now I am trying for F1 (Fall 2014) to pursue my MS. Will F1 VISA processing would have any impact if H1B is in initial review state?
