I Need help please I am in india and my wife is also in india i hold an h1b i got h4 dependent visa for here. Due certain reason we are going for the divorce.
Right know my question is how to cancel here h4 visa please let me know the procedure?
whether she can create any probelm to my h1b because of this divorce ?
The divorce cancels the H4 status. Why are you concerned about problems? IMHO its better to settle such stuff amicably.
