fulltime OEM company, visa stamping after 10years, approved i-140, L1B denied long time and 14 yrs kid. how this will impact the stamping? just want to know the experience.
Every visa application is accessed independently irrespective of past denials so I wont worry much as far as the petition was approved and jib is bonafide.
