can my wife travel with me for a 1 month vacation on H1B with out informing her employer?
if this is not possiable, will she have to go for H4 stamping as a dependent? if So will she lose her H1B?
do you mean travel from india to US? If so, no she cannot travel on H1, since documents regarding employement needs to be produced at port of entry.
it is advisable for her to get a H4 stamping. It may effect her H1 status as visa officer might ask why she hasn’t started working using her H1?
