H1B FY2017 RFE is premium possible?

Hi All,

My application was picked in lottery this year .My application is with California Service Center and its a regular cap petition ; and recently I have received a RFE .My employer is currently preparing the RFE response .

My question will be is it possible to upgrade my application to premium processing now .And if yes then what will be the turn around time for that.

Yes, they can upgrade to PP when responding to RFE or later. USCIS will process the petition within 15 calendar days once they receive PP upgrade request.
