I’m Vinay. I have 19 years of experience in software industry with last two jobs at GM/VP levels in CMMi level (3 & 4) companies (Usually Indians). The only problem with my profile is that I don’t have a degree but I have done many other courses like PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma & ISO auditor courses. I’m considered a champion in my subject and invited at several events. I already have B1 and have traveled to USA more than 30 times already. After a careful analysis, I’ve decided to try jobs in American market. Do you think that I’m eligible to go for H1B. On paper, it seems so.

2) 12 years work experience, OR
3) A mix of further education + work experience
The general H1B visa qualification rule is:
- for every 1 year of studies at University / College = 3 points
- for every 1 year of work experience = 1 point
