Hello,

  I am pursuing chartered accountancy(final year) from India.I have a commerce bachlore's degree which requires only 3 years to complete (otherwise than the 4 years bachlelor's degree).....with this degree i'hv completed 15 years of education.

1)to apply for H1B do i need a 16 years of education?

2)can indian CA be counted for the 16 years requirement ?

Yes your CA education will be counted for the requirement. You can apply for H1B.
