H1B Filing: Is Client letter required

Hi,

My employer is filing for H1B this April’13. My current client is not willing to give client letter. Will this cause H1B case denied.

I have been in US for the last two years on L1 visa. My L1 is valid till end of this year.

Without client letter, does we get RFE? What is the probability that HIB case might get denied.

You will most probably get an RFE and by that time if you can get client letter that should be fine.
