Hi My company has filed for my H1B (CMC) later it got merged with TCS what would be the status of my H1B now. My application got selected in lottery can you give your inputs.
The H-1 will have old company’s name. You can get a letter from TCS stating that they have acquired the other company and use it for travel along w/ other docs.
Later TCS can file an amendment to get H-1 in their own name.
