I got my H1 with one of a company in India, unfortunately I got my petition for only 1 year as I was in Australia, I cannot attend for visa interview for 10 months, I got my visa stamped only for 2 months and I could not able to travel to USA and my Visa and petition(i797b) got expired, i need a sponsor to transfer the visa, if someone can help me on this situation pls email me Rakeshraj.r@gmail.com
