Hi,
I am working for employer A in US from last 3 years on H1 visa, last year I tried to switch job and company B applied for H1 transfer in normal processing and got reciept number but I never joined company B and continued my employement with company A. My current visa with company A is approved till Nov 2014 but it is not stamped.
I am going to India next month and I would have to go for visa stamping .
Please let me know since company B applied for H1 transfer last year. does it affect my h1 stamping with company A anyway. although I never left my job with company A.
