1. Can one get an approved H1B extension stamped while the existing H1B petition is still valid (to be expired in another 2 months) ? My current H1 COS petition got approved in Apr 2013 with a validity till Apr 2014. I would like to know if i can visit India around Feb 2014 with a NEW approved H1B extension and get it stamped, while my current petition is yet to expire ? FYI - from now till Feb 2014 i plan to stay on the approved I-797 and not bother to go for stamping.tet HHHHHHHHlklklksadsadsa
