Hi,

My I-94 expired on May 2019 and i have submitted H1B extension through my employer and still it is in progress. Due to some family issues, i have requested my employer to move non-premium to premium (planning to travel to india for 2 months).

I am still working with the same client, same location. But role change submitted. Please advise. I am planning to proceed with Premium option. Is it good or bad

Premium is always good, you get the decision soon. Don’t worry, there are perceptions that premium will get RFE. if your application is good, it should be fine. talk to your attorney and make sure you submit all the details, it should be fine.
