H1B Extension Premium Processing took more than 15 days

H1B extension. Today its 17 day but still case status has not changed.

What could be issue? When attorney called Uscis, they said Please email on premium processing email address.

Wating for reply.

Did this happen to any one ? Any idea or clue why its still pending beyond 15 calendar days…

I would guess while filing your stuff, your attorney might have missed out some… for sure!. Please talk to your attorney.

I got “Security Check”. Attorney is asking me to file H1b Transfer

Security check changes are very less to get it approved. For sure its because the way attorneys filed the petition. Please talk to your attorney. At the moment no other choice to you.

THanks Jathin. I am planning to go H1B transfer through another employer. Is it good option ? Do you have any idea ? Can I again get security check ?

I would recommend to do that. try to explain the scenario with complete details to the new attorney while filing. Hope things would go smooth…
