Hi,
I have my contract ending on April 30th(as well as my h1b) and my employer did not file h1b extension. As we expected that I would get placed in job and because of pandemic , two of my offers went on hold and not sure when they will be resumed.
Will I be eligible to use that 60 day grace period or how that would work for me ?
What are possible options apart from getting into a job?
Is there anyway I could stay for some more time and my employer can apply for extension? ( Because of the situation being so bad).
Any leads and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
