H1B Extension denied

SCENARIO:Company A filed my H1B extension. Got denied. 797 is getting expired on 31stDec 2018 and I94 on 10thJan 2019.Got an offer from Company B and willing to transfer.QUESTION:Do I need to inform Company B’s immigration firm about the extension Denial before they send my file to USCISWill it affect the new filing?Note-I am planning to join Company B on approval and not on receipt.Company A might refile my extension petition before 31stDec.Thanks

It should not, they are two different petitions filed by two different companies…

Currently there is no premium processing for H1B transfer. So it makes sense for you to join company B on receipt rather wait for approval.
