My H1b extension got denied haven’;t received the hard copy yet (but i am suspecting that it may be due to no client letter). My I94 expired Sept 22. My attorney is filling for a new extension with client letter (in premium processing) and saying that once its approved it will mostly come with I94. My wife is on F1 and I have a 6 month old baby … Kindly advice what the best option so that I don’t have t leave the country
