H1B extension denied and existing H1 been revoked. Can I appeal my denial

Hi

My h1B extension got denied and existing H1 has been revoked because I got my master degree from a Unaccredited university and got my fh1 on master cap. Can appeal the case? What do I do now. I ahve applied for chnage of status from h1 to f1 before h1 got denied and before h1 expiry. I am I in proper status? Please suggest.

You may appeal the case but chances of approval are less. Your attorney can give you the probability. The other option is to go through the cap again next year (non-Advanced degree).
