Dear All,
My H1B extension cap is filed on March-14-2017 and still waiting from USCIS and i need to travel the India now. My first Term of H1b is going to expire by Aug-17.
My I140 is approved already in March 2017. I received the reciept notice from my attorney 2 days after filing this.
Can you please advise if i can travel to India on H1b on and back in Jun-2017 only whereas i have valid visa until Aug 2017.
