H1B Extension Approved - Visa Stamping after staying in India for 3 months

Hi

My Stamped H1B visa expired in Dec2013. I am currently in US with I797 (Valid till Mar2016). I am planning to come to India in Dec2014 and stay for 3 months. So i have to go for stamping before entering to US for new project with the same employer.

  1. Will there be any problems with the stamping ?

  2. Is it going to be a problem if i change the Project/Client ?

  3. Can i get the stamping as soon as i enter India and stay there for 3 months ?
