Hi My H1B extension was filed in Feb and USCIS case tracker shows approved as of Mar 10. My employer received the approval notice this week and also another form attached with it. I am not sure what this exactly means, I can only understand that it might affect my consular processing. Can anyone shed some light and share if you have had a similar experience?
