I am currently in US and my current h1b visa expires by end of feb 2013 and I got my H1b visa extension approved for 3 years now .If I travel to India now and return before feb 2013,do I need to go for visa stamping in India as my visa is active for only few days till end of feb 2013 and I also hold extension documents with me for next 3 years.Or can I travel without stamping to US with extension documents.
IMO, you can return to US w/ the extension documents even if your visa stamp is about to expire in few days.
