Hi,
I have H1 valid till 15Dec 2013 ( stamped ).
Currently my extension is filed and I have received receipt number.
can I travel to India in Nov and return back as I have Visa stamped till 15 dec? OR will immigration wont allow saying you have only 15 days remaining?
Please let me know- I have to book a flight and I am really worried.
