How long can one stay in US on H1B without Stamping ? Is there any time frame within which it is desired to have a Visa Stamped ? I’ve just started my 2nd year on H1B and yet to get visa stamp.
If you are not travelling out of country you can stay on H1 till the I94 date. There is no time limit.
