I was trying to book a visa appointment for my H1B stamping (renewal). Went through the screens and it gave me a message that I was eligible for dropbox. I entered my premium delivery address and then it gave me the Interview Waiver Confirmation Letter.
Is this normal? I’m a bit confused because it never asked me for booking an appointment for my Biometrics!
