Hi my earlier Visa stamped in passport is expired and its more than 48 months . In the month of Dec '23 I booked a dropbox appointment for March '24. Now USCIS has the rule of 48 months . Am I still allowed to do the dropbox as scheduled? or should I be changing it to in-person interview?
The new guidelines applies for interview scheduled starting Jan 1st 2024 so you should be good.
