H1B Dropbox for self and PA for dependents

Hello,

My old petition is expired on August 2020 and now I have new petition which is valid until 2023 Aug.

I came back from USA on NOV 2020. When I applied for extension from US and my dependents were not with me so i applied only for me.
Note : My dependents came from US one year before that(2019).

Now can I apply for Dropbox for both myself and dependents?

Yes your dependents can use your I-797 for H4 stamping. Also they may qualify for dropbox if they had US visa in past.
